High Desert Chamber Music is a leading Central Oregon non-profit organization that has provided high quality exposure for our sponsors and advertisers since 2008. We pride ourselves on presenting events featuring artists of the highest caliber and level of excellence. 

We are currently offering the title position of Presenting Sponsor of High Desert Chamber Music, and individual Concert Sponsorship is available for single events.  Your business and/or logo will be included and recognized in all of our standard marketing avenues and provides multiple marketing and media exposure opportunities for your business.

HDCM Presenting Sponsor

Presenting Sponsorship includes the following:

• One “Music & Friends” event, to coincide with the appearance of one of the concerts in the HDCM Series – this is a private event in an individual home for up to 15 people
• Full page size advertisement on Inside Cover of the Season program book ($1,500 Value)
• HDCM Correspondence – E-Newsletter, and all announcements pertaining, including posters
• Mention in all Radio spots on Combined Communications Radio Stations 101.7FM, KBND (1110AM) – annually
• KWAX Radio (98.9fm) Public Service Announcements and underwriter ads, approx. 45 X :30 live announcements running two weeks prior to each event
• Ten tickets in premium Reserved seating to the HDCM Series
• Tickets to the Annual Benefit Gala, amount tbd
• Verbal recognition at each event, opportunities for a representative to speak at each event
• Premium name and logo placement on all signage and promotional materials
• Premium name and logo placement on HDCM website and Facebook page
• Regular press releases which will always include title sponsor recognition for your business include Cascade Arts & Entertainment Magazine, the Bend Bulletin 
• All signage and promotional materials at the event (Posterboards, Programs, etc.) 

HDCM Series Concert Sponsor $2,500

Concert Sponsorship includes the following:

• Full page size advertisement in the Season program ($1,500 Value)
• HDCM Correspondence – E-Newsletter, and all announcements pertaining, including posters
• Mention in approximately $4,000 in Radio spots on KQAK Radio (105.7fm) and KBNW Radio (1340am)
• KWAX Radio (98.9fm) Public Service Announcements
• Four tickets in premium Reserved seating
• Verbal recognition at event
• Links and tags to your business website through HDCM website and Facebook page
• All signage and promotional materials at the event (Posterboards, Programs, etc.) 
• Other possible advertising venues which may or may not include recognition for your business include: Cascade Arts & Entertainment Magazine, the Bend Bulletin

Annual Gala Table Sponsor $1,000

Gala Table Sponsorship includes the following:

• Ten tickets in premium Reserved seating ($850 Value)
• Table Signage on individual table arrangement at event
• Verbal recognition at event
• Premium logo placement on Gala program insert
• Premium logo placement on Season program Annual Gala page
