Recipients of the Avery Fisher Career Grant and praised for their “virtuosity, visceral expression, and rare unity of intention”, the Viano Quartet has quickly risen to international acclaim as one of the most dynamic and in-demand string quartets of their generation. They will be joined by bassist Nina Bernat, making their Central Oregon debut!

He has been described as “not just one of Canada’s greatest violinists but one of the greatest violinists, period”. Since his First Prize win at the Int'l Yehudi Menuhin Violin Competition, Kerson Leong continues to win over audiences with “a mixture of spontaneity and mastery, elegance, fantasy, intensity that makes his sound recognizable from the first notes”.
