Opening night of High Desert Chamber Music’s 11th season features a solo recital by award winning pianist and Steinway artist, Christopher O'Riley. He has received the prestigious Avery Fisher Career grant and an equally coveted four-star review from Rolling Stone magazine for his groundbreaking transcriptions of contemporary rock music of our time. His popular NPR show "From the Top" is America's largest platform celebrating the stories, talents, and character of young classically trained musicians. Crown City String Quartet with special guest

High Desert Chamber Music’s 11th season continues with Central Oregon favorites the Crown City String Quartet. Their performances have been praised as "sublime" and "simply moving and spectacular". This Pasadena based group has been the resident and premier group featured in the HDCM Concert Series and they perform regularly at a number of chamber music series in Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. They will be joined by clarinetist Donald Foster, principal musician for movie composer John Williams, for two of the best known clarinet quintets ever written.

High Desert Chamber Music’s 11th season continues with the critically acclaimed Neave Trio. They have earned enormous praise for their engaging, cutting-edge performances. Making their Central Oregon debut, the Neave has performed at many esteemed concert series and at festivals worldwide, including Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall, Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and the La Jolla Chamber Music Society.
